This course has been created with love for you. Living in constant fear of cancer is isolating, lonely and painful. While it feels like it sometimes, you are not alone. In this course, you will not only find ways to calm your fear, you will also find community.

Living with the fear of cancer can feel like a shadow over every choice, every ache, every test result. It’s exhausting, isolating, and can rob you of joy in the present moment. You deserve a life that isn’t ruled by fear — one where you can breathe deeply, trust your body, and reclaim peace of mind.
Before the Diagnosis is a guided 8-week program designed to help you break free from the constant anxiety about cancer and your health. Through mind-body practices, belief work, and science-backed emotional tools, you’ll learn to transform fear into clarity, calm, and confidence.

This program is for anyone who lives with the ongoing fear of cancer or health anxiety — whether due to personal history, family history, medical trauma, a former cancer diagnosis, or chronic anxiety — and is ready to step into a new relationship with their health and wellbeing.
